Gujarat Hotels Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June were approved, showing total income of ₹186.39 lakh and a profit after tax of ₹140.43 lakh. Earnings per share stood at ₹3.71. The Board approved convening the 43rd AGM via video conferencing and proposed a final dividend of ₹3 per equity share of ₹10 each, subject to approval. Messrs. Mehta & Mehta have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years starting from the financial year 2025-26. The statutory auditor’s limited review report did not raise any concerns.
