Alacrity Securities Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which the CFO, Mr. Kishore Vithaldas Shah, resigned from his CFO role due to other commitments but will continue as Whole-Time Director. Mr. Kaushik Rathod, a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in accounts, audit, and compliance, has been appointed as the new CFO and Key Managerial Personnel. Additionally, Ms. Amita Parmar has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Ms. Kruppa Gandhi who resigned citing professional commitments. These leadership changes aim to strengthen the company’s financial and compliance functions.
