Teamo Productions HQ Limited has announced a board meeting on key corporate actions. The company appointed M/s. Shubhangi Agarwal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term starting FY 2025-26, and M/s. G Mansi & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26. To fuel growth, the board approved raising up to Rs. 300 Cr via rights issue, QIP, FCCB, or other instruments.
