Suraj Limited has announced the proceedings of its 32nd Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. The meeting, chaired by Ashok Shah (Chairman & CFO), saw participation from all directors, statutory and secretarial auditors, and 24 members. Key approvals included adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25, re-appointment of Ashok Shah as director, ratification of cost auditor remuneration, approval of remuneration for Whole-Time Directors and Managing Director, and appointment of Hardik Jetani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Shareholders’ queries were addressed, and voting was conducted via CDSL.
