Page Industries has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its 30th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing. Key agenda includes adopting audited financial statements, reappointment of directors Mr. Sunder Genomal and Mr. Shamir Genomal who retire by rotation, and appointment of two new Independent Directors, Mr. Suresh Eshwara Prabhala and Mr. Dinesh Ramkrishin Malkani, each for a five-year term. Approval for continuation of Mr. Ramesh Genomal’s directorship beyond age 75 and appointment of secretarial auditors for a five-year term have also been proposed. The Company seeks member approval for payment of up to ₹1.9 Cr to Non-Executive Directors for FY 2025-26. E-voting instructions and remote voting facility are provided for shareholders.
