Tracxn Technologies Limited has announced a buyback of up to 11.43 lakh equity shares (1.07% of total equity) at ₹70 per share via the tender offer route, aggregating to a maximum buyback size of ₹8 Cr. The buyback amount is 23.7% of the company’s paid-up capital and free reserves as per FY25 audited financials. The buyback will be funded from free reserves and securities premium, with no borrowings involved. The buyback is expected to complete within 12 months from shareholder approval. Promoters have opted not to participate in the buyback.
