NIIT Learning Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 09-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

NIIT Learning Systems has announced a board meeting on which its wholly owned subsidiary, NIIT (Ireland) Limited, completed the acquisition of 100% equity in Germany-based MST Investment Holding GmbH and subsidiaries. MST Group specializes in managed learning services across the DACH region, serving top clients in automotive, industrial, and energy sectors. This deal, valued at EUR 22.37 million (including takeover of loans), strengthens NIIT’s foothold in Europe’s growing market, expands capabilities with QuickStart Learning Academy, and adds Hungary as a nearshore center to enhance multilingual onsite services. MST’s latest turnover stood at EUR 17.43 million.
