Oil India Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company and GAIL have signed a 15-year Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement for up to 900,000 SCMD of natural gas from OIL’s Rajasthan fields. This supply will support Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited’s power generation. The deal reinforces OIL’s focus on upstream growth and collaboration with GAIL to boost domestic gas production and energy security.
