Though the target company was recently incorporated and has no turnover yet, it has taken over the proprietorship business of Siddhi Vinayak Cargo Movers, bringing in assets, liabilities, contracts, and goodwill. This move aims to expand Oneclick's logistics operations in transportation and goods movement across modes, strengthening its footprint in road logistics.
