Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced a board meeting on 2nd August, 2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The bank enhanced digital engagement via apps Kotak Bank App, Kotak811, Kotak Cherry, Kotak Neo, and Kotak fyn platform for corporates. IT upgrades resolved prior regulatory restrictions, with emphasis on resilient core systems, cybersecurity, and generative AI integration. Employee strength across the Group reached 1.14 lakh, with women constituting 26.4%. Employee turnover declined to 33.3%. Commitment to ESG was reinforced through sustainability reporting assured by DNV, including GHG emission reduction initiatives and strong community outreach (CSR spend: ₹285 crore). Kotak BizLabs accelerator launched to support startups.

The Board composition is compliant with regulatory norms, comprising 11 Directors including 6 Independents and 3 Women directors. Ms. Shanti Ekambaram and Mr. Ashok Vaswani retire by rotation and have offered themselves for re-appointment. Mr. Paritosh Kashyap’s appointment as Whole-time Director is proposed. M M Nissim & Co LLP is proposed as Joint Statutory Auditor replacing KKC LLP. Dividends of ₹2.50/share recommended. The AGM to be held via video conference on 2nd August, 2025.
