Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Separately, Roadway Solutions India Infra Limited, along with associates Ameet Harjinder Gadhoke and Teja Ranade Gadhoke, is acquiring 74.98% stake in Soma via a share purchase agreement for ₹87.67 Cr and launching an open offer to acquire an additional 25.02% at ₹47.14 per share (up to ₹38.96 Cr). Post-acquisition, the acquirer group will hold 100% equity and assume control, replacing the current promoters. No delisting is planned.
