UTI Asset Management Company Limited has announced a final dividend of ₹48 per equity share (face value ₹10 each) for FY 2024-25, comprising a normal dividend of ₹26 and a special dividend of ₹22, subject to shareholder approval. The company manages a consolidated AUM of ₹21.05 lakh crore, up 14% YoY, with a core revenue of ₹1,445 crore (up 22%) and PAT of ₹492 crore (up 43%) for the standalone business. Its subsidiaries, UTI Pension Fund, UTI International, and UTI Alternatives, showed robust growth with AUMs of ₹3.59 lakh crore, US$2.96 billion, and ₹2,648 crore respectively. Digital sales comprised ~95% of gross sales, and the company emphasized sustainability, governance, and investor education. The Board has selected Mr. Vetri Subramaniam, CIO, as the next MD & CEO, pending approval.
