This aligns with Puravankara’s focus on expanding in Bengaluru’s emerging residential corridors with ultra-luxury offerings. The project is expected to launch within 6-9 months. The company also holds ongoing projects totaling 37 million sq ft and a land bank of ~25 million sq ft across nine cities.
