Puravankara has announced a board meeting on the joint development of a 5.5-acre land parcel in East Bengaluru with a potential GDV exceeding Rs 1,000 Cr. Located in Balagere, the project offers 0.83 million sq ft of saleable area, targeting the ultra-luxury segment, leveraging proximity to major IT hubs. This expands their Bengaluru portfolio, complementing earlier acquisitions including a 3.63-acre Kanakapura Road land (GDV Rs 700+ Cr) and a 24.59-acre JV in North Bengaluru (GDV Rs 3,300 Cr). The launch is expected in 6-9 months, supporting their capital-efficient growth strategy.
