She currently holds 3.82% equity and has over 12 years of experience in strategic planning and international operations, notably leading Kernex’s expansion in South Africa. Her monthly remuneration will be Rs. 8 lakh plus 40% HRA, along with customary benefits. Upon appointment, she will resign from drawing salary at the US subsidiary but continue as its director. This move aims to strengthen Kernex’s leadership amid scaling operations and growth in intelligent transport systems and emerging markets.
