Ms. Todarwal is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audits, taxation, and governance advisory. The company also appointed Mr. Hanuman Pandey, a Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of audit and risk management experience, as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025–26. Additionally, Mr. Aftab Alam resigned as Independent Director due to personal reasons, and the board acknowledged his contributions.
