Eimco Elecon (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 10-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Eimco Elecon has announced a board meeting on 10th July 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue stood at Rs 67.57 Cr with a net profit of Rs 14.48 Cr for the quarter. Key leadership changes include the appointment of Mr. Kamlesh Nalin Shah as Executive Director and Key Managerial Personnel from 10th September, replacing Mr. Mukulnarayan Dwivedi, who will transition to Mining Equipment Business Vertical Head. Mrs. Manjuladevi Shroff will step down as Independent Director. The board also approved reconstitution of committees and authorized new personnel for materiality decisions and disclosures.
