Master Components Limited — Board Meeting, 10-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Master Components has announced a board meeting on July 10, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The board recommended a dividend for FY 2024-25 and fixed the record date. Mrs. Anagha Shrikant Joshi was re-appointed as director by rotation. Remuneration for Whole-Time Director Mr. Shrikant Hanamant Joshi and Managing Director Mr. Mudduraj Kulkarni was fixed for two years starting January 2026. The company approved the Annual Report and Director’s Report for FY 2024-25, set the 26th AGM for August 4, 2025 (via video conferencing), and updated the Related Party Transactions policy.
