Hero MotoCorp has appointed Kausalya Nandakumar as Chief Business Officer for its Emerging Mobility Business Unit, Vida, to lead its growth in electric and future mobility solutions. Kausalya brings nearly 20 years of experience in automotive, electric mobility, and digital innovation, most recently as COO of Mahindra Electric Automobile Ltd., where she led the go-to-market strategy for a USD 9.8 billion electric SUV business. She succeeds Swadesh Srivastava, who resigned due to health reasons and will support a smooth transition. This move highlights Hero’s focus on innovation and sustainable growth in new mobility segments.
