The company has scheduled its 112th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing to adopt audited financial statements and reports, re-appoint Smt. Sandhya R. Kini as Director, and appoint Smt. Manju Bagga as a Non-Executive Director. The Board approved revising Smt. Kini’s monthly remuneration to ₹71,500 effective April 1, 2025. M/s.
