JTL INDUSTRIES LIMITED — Updates, 10-07-2025: Press Release

JTL Industries has announced a new ASTM/API-grade ERW pipe line with 3 lakh MTPA capacity, targeting high-margin segments like oil & gas and city gas distribution. This expansion will enable production of over 500 SKUs, including large-diameter, thick API-compliant pipes, enhancing JTL’s presence in value-added steel pipes. The move is expected to unlock EBITDA margins of ₹7,000+ per tonne and strengthen JTL’s technical capabilities and market reach domestically and internationally. The new line is set to be operational within 12 months, complementing JTL’s existing 9.36 lakh MTPA capacity.
