Eveready Industries India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 10-07-2025: Record Date

Eveready Industries India Limited has announced a record date of July 29, 2025, for entitlement to a final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (30% of face value) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the 90th AGM on August 5, 2025. Dividend payment will commence on or after August 9, 2025. The company reported steady revenue growth of ₹1,343.92 Cr (+2.3%) and PAT of ₹82.38 Cr (+23.5%) for FY 2024-25, driven by strong alkaline battery sales and rechargeable flashlights.
