Modi’s Navnirman Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the appointment of Mr. Chintan Suresh Shah and Mr. Anil Suresh Kapasi as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Shah brings over 22 years of experience in manufacturing and business management and is founder of Chemo Fab Industries LLP. Kapasi has 32+ years in the coaching sector and is founder and Managing Director of Arihant Academy. Neither director is related to existing board members. Their expertise is expected to strengthen the company’s governance and strategic direction.
