Nephro Care India Limited — Board Meeting, 10-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Nephro Care India has announced a board meeting on which it approved the Directors Report for FY25 and set the 11th AGM for August 28, 2025. Key appointments include M/s Saptasikha & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years and Scrutinizer for the AGM, and M/s M. Dutta & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26. The company will form a subsidiary SPV to execute the Bandra Clinic project. It also plans to approach Cadila Healthcare for a stockist partnership and will launch training programs for Critical Care Technology and Dialysis Technician courses.
