Gujarat Poly Electronics Limited has announced a board meeting to consider and adopt the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company will hold its 36th Annual General Meeting through video conferencing to approve audited financial statements, re-appoint Mr. P.T. Kilachand as director, and appoint M/s. G.M. Kapadia & Co as statutory auditors for five years with a proposed remuneration of Rs. 4.5 lakh for FY 2025-26. Mr. Tushar Shridharani is proposed as Secretarial Auditor for five years with a remuneration of Rs. 1.35 lakh for FY 2025-26. Approval is also sought for commission payments to non-executive directors up to 1% of net profits for three years. The company continues to enhance investor services via the MUFG Intime ‘SWAYAM’ portal and an online dispute resolution platform.
