NDR Auto Components Limited has announced the successful completion of its 6th Annual General Meeting conducted via video conferencing. Key approvals included adoption of the financial results for the quarter and half-year, declaration of a dividend of Rs. 2.75 per equity share, and re-appointment of directors retiring by rotation. The company appointed M/s S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP as statutory auditors and Mr. Rupinder Singh Bhatia as secretarial auditor. Shareholders also approved a material related party transaction with Bharat Seats Limited for up to Rs. 650 Crore annually. Re-appointments of three independent directors for a second five-year term were also confirmed. All resolutions were passed with requisite majority.
