Expenses stood at Rs. 96.78 lakh, resulting in a profit before tax of Rs. 6.20 lakh and a net profit after tax of Rs. 4.64 lakh. Earnings per share were not annualised and based on a paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 1,700 lakh. The limited review by auditors found no material misstatements.
