Atharv Enterprises Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Expenses stood at Rs. 96.78 lakh, resulting in a profit before tax of Rs. 6.20 lakh and a net profit of Rs. 4.64 lakh. Earnings per share were not annualised and based on a paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 1,700 lakh. The results were reviewed by the independent auditor with no qualifications.
