Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Limited — Updates, 10-07-2025: Press Release

Glenmark’s subsidiary Ichnos Glenmark Innovation (IGI) has entered an exclusive global licensing deal with AbbVie for ISB 2001, a first-in-class trispecific antibody targeting relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. ISB 2001, currently in Phase 1 trials, showed a 79% overall response rate and 30% complete response in heavily pretreated patients. AbbVie will develop and commercialize the drug in key markets, paying IGI $700 million upfront plus up to $1.225 billion in milestones and double-digit royalties, accelerating IGI’s oncology pipeline progress.
