Ichnos Glenmark Innovation (IGI), a Glenmark subsidiary, has announced a global commercialization strategy for ISB 2001, a trispecific T-cell engager for multiple myeloma. Under a licensing deal with AbbVie, AbbVie will handle development and commercialization in North America, Europe, Japan, and Greater China, while Glenmark will lead in Emerging Markets. ISB 2001 showed a 79% overall response rate in early trials with a favorable safety profile. This collaboration strengthens Glenmark’s oncology portfolio and expands its presence in high-growth emerging markets.
