Pagaria Energy Limited has announced a board meeting on 15th July to approve the notice and details of the 34th Annual General Meeting, the Board’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, and the appointment of a scrutinizer for e-voting. The board will consider appointing Mr. Bijay Bhagat as Additional Non-Executive Director and Mr. Arpan Singha Roy as Managing Director, noting the resignations of the current Managing Director, Mr. Hanumanmal Bengani, and Director, Mr. Kartik Sarkar. Internal and Secretarial Auditors for upcoming periods will also be appointed.
