Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which approved the reappointment of Mr. Anand B Hunnur as Managing Director for three years from July 12, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Hunnur brings extensive experience in sales and marketing, having held senior roles since 2011 and previously served as MD. The company also plans to appoint M/s. S. P. Ghali & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years and M/s. T. Sriram, Mehta & Tadimalla as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2025-26, both subject to shareholder approval.
