Indo Farm Equipment Limited — Board Meeting, 10-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indo Farm Equipment has announced a board meeting approving the re-appointment of Mr. Ranbir Singh Khadwalia as Chairman and Managing Director for three years, and Mr. Charan Singh Saini as Whole Time Director for one year, both subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Khadwalia, a founder with 30+ years in agri-equipment, will continue overseeing management and expansion. Mr. Saini brings four decades of experience in tractor and automobile industries, managing manufacturing operations. The board also approved updates to the Nomination and Remuneration Policy and Board performance evaluation.
