MphasiS Limited — Important, 10-07-2025: General Updates

Mphasis has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Mphasis Corporation USA, has acquired a 26% preferred stock stake in Aokah, Inc., a newly incorporated US-based firm focused on AI-driven Business Intelligence Platforms and IT services. The investment of up to USD 4 million aims to enhance AI capabilities, build innovative Global Capability Centers, and integrate automation and data insights. Aokah currently has no turnover and operates in the US and India.
