The Board approved the appointment of M/s. K.G. Goyal & Associates as Cost Auditors and M/s. GMJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The company’s asset-light model, strong brand portfolio, and extensive distribution network underpin its growth strategy, focusing on tier II and III cities and digital adoption. No material regulatory or legal issues were reported.
