Ortin Global Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved shifting its registered office to Chikkadpally, Hyderabad. The company appointed Mr. Prashant Prakash Sawant and Mrs. Prakruti Prashant Sawant as Additional and Whole-time Directors for three years, Mr. Sarang Balbhimrao Patodekar as Chairperson and Independent Director for five years, and Mr. Ajay Vishwakarma as Independent Director for five years, all subject to shareholder approval. Several directors resigned citing professional and personal reasons, including the Chairperson and multiple Independent Directors. Mr. Wani Rahul Madanlal was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. The board committees were reconstituted accordingly. The company also plans to convert a director’s loan into equity, subject to member approval.
