Mr. Parag Mehta, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience, and Major General MN Devaya (Retd), an expert in construction engineering and project management, have been appointed as Independent Directors for five years. Additionally, Mr. Jayesh Sheth’s designation has changed from Whole Time Director to Executive Director – Finance for a three-year term.
