Modulex Construction Technologies Limited has announced the voting results of its 52nd Annual General Meeting held via video conferencing. All six resolutions, including adoption of the financial results for the year, re-appointment of Managing Director Ajay Palekar, appointment of a secretarial auditor, two new independent directors, and change in designation of Jayesh Sheth as Executive Director - Finance, were approved with overwhelming majority. Promoters voted 100% in favor, while public non-institutional shareholders participated with about 10.5% voting, also largely in favor. This reflects strong shareholder support for the company’s governance and leadership decisions.
