Citizen Infoline has announced a board meeting to appoint Mrs. Ashadevi Nathmal Gogad and Mr. Chirag Hemendrakumar Jirawala as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Both bring experience from the manufacturing sector and are unrelated to existing directors. The company has reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees with Chirag Jirawala as Chairman and Ashadevi Gogad as a member. Four directors—Kasturi Ravindra Jain, Mitesh Ashokkumar Jain, Vikas Hemendrakumar Jirawala, and Sandeep Motilal Jain—have resigned due to personal reasons, effective immediately.
