Aegis Logistics Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company and its associate, Aegis Vopak Terminals Limited (AVTL), have executed a Business Transfer Agreement to transfer the newly commissioned LPG cryogenic terminal at Pipavav (48,000 MT capacity) to AVTL via slump sale for ₹428.4 Cr. This related party transaction is at arm’s length and aims to consolidate the group’s LPG terminal operations at Pipavav, enhancing capacity and operational synergies without affecting Aegis Logistics’ shareholding.
