Hindustan Unilever has announced a leadership change with Rohit Jawa stepping down as MD & CEO on 31st July 2025. Priya Nair, currently President of Beauty & Wellbeing at Unilever, will take over as MD & CEO from 1st August 2025 for a five-year term, subject to approvals. Priya brings 30 years of experience, having led major brands and driven business transformation globally and in India. Under Rohit’s two-year tenure, HUL delivered volume-led growth and launched the ‘ASPIRE’ strategy focused on portfolio transformation and innovation. Priya’s deep market insight and proven track record position HUL for its next growth phase.
