K D Ecosystem, with a capital of ₹28.46 Cr and turnover of ₹20.98 Cr in FY23-24, operates an advanced facility for collection, scrapping, dismantling, and disposal of end-of-life vehicles. This investment will make K D Ecosystem an associate of Manbro, supporting the company’s expansion into metal and non-metal recycling. The acquisition is a related party transaction and is expected to complete within 30 days.
