Manbro Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to approve three strategic acquisitions aimed at expanding its footprint in value added steel products, vehicle scrappage and recycling, and fabricated steel infrastructure solutions. The company will acquire a 51% stake in Shivam Pipe Industries, a manufacturer of MS and galvanized pipes with a 3,000 MT monthly capacity, entering higher-margin steel products. It will also take a 26% stake in KD Ecosystem, a vehicle scrappage facility in Assam with capacity to dismantle 42,500 vehicles annually, marking entry into metal and non-metal recycling. Additionally, Manbro will acquire 99.90% of KD Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd., which offers turnkey fabrication and infrastructure products for construction, energy, and urban sectors, enhancing its engineered infrastructure business. These moves aim to drive sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
