Le Merite Exports Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved raising funds through a preferential issue of up to 86,400 equity shares at Rs. 320 each, aggregating Rs. 2.76 Cr, and up to 10,37,000 fully convertible warrants at the same price, aggregating Rs. 33.18 Cr. The warrants carry a 25% upfront payment. The company will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting to seek shareholder approval for these proposals. Additionally, Ms. Prachi Bansal & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and Mr. Arpit Sharma has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
