The company has announced a board meeting on the allotment of 1,04,031 equity shares to 16 non-promoter investors upon conversion of warrants issued at ₹1776 per share, including a premium of ₹1766. This allotment increases the paid-up equity capital to ₹109.30 Cr, comprising 1,09,29,738 shares of ₹10 each. The shares were allotted following receipt of 75% of the balance warrant consideration amounting to ₹13.86 Cr. This capital infusion strengthens the company’s equity base and broadens its investor base outside promoters.
