JSW Infrastructure has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company’s resolution plan for NCR Rail Infrastructure, which operates a strategically located private freight terminal near New Delhi and Jewar Airport, has been approved by the Committee of Creditors. NCR Rail owns six rail lines, two operational warehouses (~0.2 million sq ft), and a land bank of ~130 acres. Implementation of the plan awaits necessary approvals. This acquisition could enhance JSW Infra’s logistics footprint in North India.
