Centum Electronics Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has announced a final dividend of ₹6 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held through video conferencing. The Board has proposed the re-appointment of Ms. Tanya Mallavarapu as Director, retiring by rotation. Mr. K Rajshekar has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive years starting FY 2025-26, with a fee of ₹2.5 lakh plus taxes. M/s. K.S. Kamalakara & Co. will continue as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26 with a remuneration of ₹1.5 lakh plus taxes. Shareholders can vote electronically on all resolutions.
