Titan Company Limited — Others, 11-07-2025: Change in Management

Titan Company has announced a board meeting on the change in senior management. Mr. Ajoy Chawla, currently CEO of the Jewellery Division, will become Managing Director from January 2026. Mr. Arun Narayan, who leads the Tanishq India business, will succeed Chawla as CEO of the Jewellery Division from January 2026. Mr. Kuruvilla Markose, currently CEO of the International Business Division, will take over as CEO of the Watches Division from August 2025. Both appointees bring extensive leadership experience within the Tata group and Titan, supporting continuity in key business segments.
