The acquisition, valued at Rs. 271 Cr (enterprise value Rs. 247.2 Cr plus net cash Rs. 23.8 Cr), will make HR Food Processing a wholly owned subsidiary, boosting Dodla’s presence in key eastern dairy markets. The deal is expected to close within 1-2 months, paid fully in cash, aligning with Dodla’s expansion strategy in similar dairy businesses.
