Dodla Dairy Ltd. has announced a board meeting on the approved acquisition of HR Food Processing Pvt Ltd (“Osam”) for Rs. 271 Cr. Osam operates under the premium brand ‘Osam’ with a strong presence in Bihar, Jharkhand, and eastern India, processing 1.1 lakh litres of milk daily through 2 plants. FY25 revenues stood at Rs. 283 Cr with a 25% gross margin and 5% EBITDA margin. This acquisition strengthens Dodla’s pan-India expansion, tapping into high-growth eastern markets with synergies expected from combined operations.
